SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer shipping to the US only at this time. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS FAQs
What is the return window for products purchased?
We hope you love your purchase! But if you are not completely satisfied and need to return an item, notice of return must be received within 7 days of delivery of product.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us at hello@wildlyimaginable.com to initiate the return process. Remember to include your order number in the email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How will the refund be issued?
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method received within 7 business days of receiving the returned item/ Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Not every product may be eligible for return (see below).
