What is the return window for products purchased?

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

How do I start a return?

If you need to return an item, your request for return must be received via email (support@wildlyimaginable.com) within the 5 day window. Please include your order number in the email.

How will the refund be issued?

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

NOTE: Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

 

Condition of returned items

Items must be unopened and in their original condition. Not every product may be eligible for return (see below).​​

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Digitally downloaded, sale items and individual stickers are non-returnable.
